Well maybe for a little while. At first Kaye could only hold her breath for about 4 seconds. This made it a little tricky to shoot. But after she got her dress loosened, it made for a much better session and much better breathing conditions for her. In all Kaye’s smiles UW are unprecedented. Great job Kaye.
Once again my friend and floral designer Lauren Roebuck went beyond the norm to create SEVERAL amazing bouquets.

I must say those are pretty cool.
beautiful 🙂
wow! whose idea – photographer or bride? what inspired this shoot?
KK – this is a project I have been working on for some time.
All of my clients (as of March) have the option to be photographed underwater. The rest is is up to them.
The inspiration came from so many photographers trying new things. The most outrageous photographers would end up putting their clients in the water. I wanted to go further so to speak, I wanted to go UNDER the water. There is a limit to what we can do as photographers, shooting underwater presented a huge barrier. Overcoming those barriers has been very rewarding in the results we have been able to obtain thus far.
To All Brides or Anyone really-
This is a really neat experience! Yes, I was completely unable to breathe at the beginning, but once I was loosened it was great. Of course Kevin and crew make everything a once in a lifetime experience, but this is like nothing else you will EVER do.
Do not worry about your dress! Most bridal shops throw the dresses in the washing machine to clean them anyway, at least this way it keeps it’s form…perfectly to your body!! My dress was horribly dirty after getting married on the beach, having the reception once we returned, and then taking bridal potraits with my horses. It needed a bath! When I came out of that pool all the mud, sand, and stains were gone. I rinsed it out and it, again, looks as though it has never been worn.
This is really an incredible opportunity. I’m not saying you won’t need a good nap or lots of eye drops afterwards, but it is SO worth it!!!!
Thanks Kevin, Donald, and Caroline you each have really made our whole wedding experience incredible! Kenneth and I had a blast during every part of it! Kevin, I could have tried every other photographer in the world and they wouldn’t have compared to you. You not only made everything so much fun but captured every breathtaking memory of this wonderful time for us.
Where are these photos taken? It doesn’t look like a normal pool (missing the blue) or a pond (too clean).
Just curious. Beautiful shots, by the way.
